I have been trained in the classic scientist-practitioner model of psychology. Specialty approaches I use include:

  • Dialectical-Behavioral Therapy (DBT)

  • Integral Psychotherapy

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS)

  • Psychodynamic Therapy and Object Relations

  • Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (certified in Level I and II)

  • Realization Process (certified in Spiritual Psychotherapy and Embodiment)

  • Transpersonal Therapy
